Title: Angel Hair with Prosciutto

3tbOlive oil
3tbButter
1/2lbMushrooms; sliced
3/4lbProsciutto; chopped
3mdTomatoes; finely chopped
1tsSage
1cHeavy cream
1lbAngel hair or capellini
  Salt & pepper to taste
1/2cParmesan cheese
1/2cFinely chopped parsley

1. Saute mushrooms in heated oil & butter until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.

2. Add prosciutto, tomatoes, sage and cream. Heat on high until sauce begins to thicken; reduce heat to very low to keep warm while pasta cooks.

3. Cook pasta; drain and place in heated serving container. Season with salt & pepper; toss with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
